First Lady Ashiqua Jackson is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she also became a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She went on to earn both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Arkansas State University. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of AVIATI Healthcare and Clinical Research. She founded the clinic to bridge the gap between clinical research and the community. She considers AVIATI as her personal ministry that is wholly committed to providing education and a thorough understanding of clinical trials and how they affect those who may not otherwise know about clinical trials.
At Hope Fellowship, she leads the New Members Ministry, helping new members connect, grow, and become actively engaged in the life of the church. She also plays a key role in developing and training ministry leaders to serve with excellence. Beyond the church, Lady Shiq is passionate about empowering others, particularly in the areas of faith, family, and financial stewardship. Known as the “financial guru” of her family, she enjoys teaching practical budgeting and money management principles to friends, congregants, and community members.
Together, Pastor Tim and Lady Shiq are dedicated to building hope, strengthening families, and serving their community with excellence — all to the glory of God.
We Build Hope Through Love, Service, and Discipleship
Hope Fellowship Church is a church where HOPE resides, where HOPE is received, and HOPE is restored. We build hope in one another and in the community through LOVE, SERVICE, and DISCIPLESHIP.

Love
We love because Christ first loved us. Through genuine compassion, unity, and care, we reflect God’s heart to one another and to our community. Love is the foundation of who we are and what we do.

Service
We serve with humility and purpose, using our gifts to meet the needs of others and to advance God’s kingdom. Every act of service—great or small—demonstrates the heart of Jesus in action.

Discipleship
We grow together in faith, learning to live and lead like Christ. Through teaching, accountability, and spiritual growth, we become mature believers who make disciples and impact the world for God’s glory.
The 4 Pillars of Hope
We believe following Jesus isnt just about attending church, it’s about living a life that makes a difference.
We focus on four desires for every member: Worship, Witness, Serve, and Give.
These four pillars are how we grow in Christ, build His church, and impact the world. We want every member to:
Worship, Witness, Serve, and Give.
Our Values
We value Bible centered preaching and teaching that is clear, practical, and rooted in God’s truth.
We value people and community engagement, actively serving and uplifting those around us.
We value servant leadership that reflects humility, integrity, and Christ-like character.
We value Christian education for all ages, equipping every generation to grow in faith.
We value committed discipleship that leads to spiritual maturity and transformed lives.
We value tithing and sacrificial giving as an act of worship and obedience to God.
We value praise and worship that honors God and invites His presence.
We value authentic relationships built through fellowship, connection, and care.
We value evangelism, sharing the hope of Christ through both word and action.
We value excellence in every area of ministry, doing all things with God-quality excellence.
