The Alter Dementia/Alzheimer's Ministry offers compassionate, Christ-centered support to individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers, reminding them that God's love remains constant even when memories fade. Through acts of compassion, patience, and care, members serve God by caring for those who are vulnerable and helping them experience His love, comfort, and presence.

Birth Month Life Groups connect members through fellowship, care, spiritual growth, and engagement opportunities. Life Group Coordinators serve God by facilitating groups, building relationships, encouraging one another, and helping create a church family where people can experience God's love through authentic community.

The Clergy Care Ministry provides hospitality, encouragement, prayer, and care for our pastor, first lady, HFC ministers, and guest speakers. By supporting those who lead and minister God's Word, team members serve God through honor, hospitality, and prayer while helping create an environment where leaders can effectively help others experience God through preaching, teaching, and spiritual leadership.

The Community Outreach Ministry extends the mission of the church beyond our walls by meeting practical needs and building relationships within the community. The Health Ministry promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through education, resources, and support. Team members serve God by helping others steward their health and experience God's care, healing, and wholeness in every area of life.

The Hope Dealers Youth Ministry provides a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment where children and youth can learn about God and grow in their faith. The Ministry Ambassadors create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting members and guests, assisting with seating, maintaining order during services, and meeting practical needs. The Prayer Ministry intercedes for the needs of members, the church, and community through prayer and spiritual support. Team members serve God by standing in the gap for others and helping create opportunities for people to experience God's power, peace, comfort, and guidance through prayer.

The Touch Ministry supports members who are sick, grieving, or facing difficult circumstances through calls, visits, cards, and prayer. Team members serve God by extending Christ's compassion and helping people experience His love, care, and faithfulness during challenging seasons.

The Voices of Hope lead the congregation in praise and worship through music. Team members serve God by using their gifts to glorify Him and helping others experience His presence, respond in worship, and prepare their hearts to receive His Word.

The ACTS Seniors Ministry nurtures spiritual growth, fellowship, and service among adults ages 60 and older. The seniors serve God by encouraging one another, sharing wisdom, and continuing to impact others through faithful service while helping people experience God through community and discipleship.

The Marriage Ministry provides support, resources, and encouragement to strengthen Christ-centered marriages. Couples serve God by investing in healthy marriages and helping couples experience God's design, grace, and faithfulness within their relationship.

The men’s ministry encourages spiritual growth, accountability, and fellowship among men. Men serve God by becoming godly leaders in their homes, church, workplace, and community while helping one another experience God's transforming power through discipleship and brotherhood.

The women’s ministry provides opportunities for women to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and serve others. Women serve God by using their gifts to encourage, lead, and support one another while helping women experience God's love, purpose, and presence.

The Young Adults Ministry creates opportunities for spiritual growth, discipleship, and authentic community for ages 19–35. Young adults serve God by growing in their faith and using their gifts to impact others while helping young adults experience God through meaningful relationships, biblical teaching, and purposeful living.
